1.
In the event of goods being faulty upon delivery, or where the incorrect
product has been supplied,
Taurus Appliances will arrange for a replacement unit to be dispatched as soon
as possible.
If
unavailable, a full refund will be granted.
2. Goods must be inspected on receipt and any damage notified to the Carrier
at the time of delivery and to Taurus Appliances within 7 days of receipt. Damaged
goods will be exchanged. Collection and replacement will be arranged by Taurus Appliances. 3.
Goods incorrectly ordered can be returned for credit, subject to the costs of
collection plus a restocking charge of £75 or 20%
of the original invoice price (whichever is greater) 4. Any other refunds will be granted wholly
at the discretion of Taurus Appliances.
